About Stacey

I know first hand how draining it can feel to live out of alignment with your body. After years in the demanding food and beverage industry, I hit my own wall of burnout. That experience led me to take my B.A. in Nutrition/Dietary Sciences, pair it with my Fitness Instructor Certification and Life Coaching Training, and rebuild my body and mind.

Since then, I’ve been guiding clients with compassion and clarity—helping them reset habits, reclaim confidence, and thrive in this powerful stage of life.

My focus is on empowering women with knowledge and support, so you not only feel better now, but you’re equipped with the tools to sustain your energy, balance, and confidence for years to come.

I offer ongoing coaching designed for women in their menopausal season. Together, we’ll focus on nutrition, movement, mindset, and lifestyle strategies tailored to your unique needs.
